The Heritage Private School, located in the village of Palodia near Limassol, was established in 1987 and offers an English-medium IGCSE curriculum. The school has approximately 1,200 students, ranging in age from 2 to 19.
The educational journey at The Heritage spans 16 years, including three years in early years, 6 in primary, and 7 in secondary. From the 4th year in secondary, students undertake IGCSE subjects from renowned boards like Cambridge and Edexcel. The school has various facilities, including sports grounds, a multipurpose hall, an amphitheatre, and ample parking space. The institution is known for its commitment to academic excellence and holistic development.
At the Primary department of the Heritage School, all lessons are taught in English. The school uses the UK National Curriculum (marked as Different by the Ministry of Education) and Standard Assessments. Lessons are offered to primary school students in preparation for the Cambridge English Assessment Examinations (EAL lessons). Examinations are held at the school, which is a Bronze Preparation Centre. There is a variety of extracurricular activities, such as clubs, a Music Institute, sports academies, expressive art communities, competitions, a carol service, and others.
The Heritage Summer School takes place every year from the second half of June until the end of July. The program includes sports, music, fitness, team-building, science, art, computer activities, and excursions every Friday, such as hikes, water sports, waterpark, cinema, etc.
