Founded in 2012, the French-Cypriot school, successor to the 1987-established French School Arthur Rimbaud, promotes Franco-Cypriot cooperation and offers an education grounded in humanism, cultural intellect, and equality. It fosters critical thinking, understanding, tolerance, and coexistence, aiming to elevate French and Cypriot cultures and languages on a European and international stage, with French as the primary language of instruction.
It is a French-speaking school with a bilingual path (Greek and French). English is also taught, while from 12 years old, an additional language may be studied (German or Spanish). There are two cycles, 6-9 year-olds and 9-12 year-olds and an after-school service for homework, play and extra-curricular activities. Moreover, activities are offered during the vacation, such as theatre, games, cooking and story-telling.
